At Kit n Kitchen, one will discover a selection of dishes from all over the world, ranging from pasta and pizza to soup and salad. When it comes to the Euro-Asian restaurant’s most popular entrees, owner Kit Yiu recommends the Pepper Lamb (ranging from $14.95 to $20.95).

“The lamb is an all-time favorite; it’s been part of the menu for the past six years,” Yiu says. “It’s not frozen; it’s fresh from New Zealand. It comes with vegetables and also rice or spaghetti.”

The Pepper Lamb is not only popular because of the high-quality meat that’s used, but also because of its price and unique flavor.

“We do quality (meat), but we keep our price low,” Yiu says. “Our lamb is really lean, but that does not mean it’s dry. It keeps the juice in the meat; it has a black pepper sauce, which has a peppery flavor, with a touch of onion and slight wine flavor.”

Another recent customer favorite is the Mushroom Soup in a Bread Bowl ($3.50), a creamy offering with vegetables that can be served in a hollowed-out French bread bowl.

“Once it came out six months ago, it became really popular,” Yiu says. “We crisp the bread and, at the same time, we put our soup inside. On top of that, you have a little salad right next to it.”
