And boy does it have deals! From now through mid-February, breakfast fans can indulge in pancakes galore as IHOP Hawaii is offering All You Can Eat Pancakes. For just $4.99, you can get your fill of five fluffy buttermilk pancakes to start, then add as many as you like, as the fluffy pancakes will be brought to your table in increments of three. And if that isn’t enough, you can always select the ultimate breakfast option that, for starters, comes with two pancakes, two eggs, three strips of bacon, three sausage links and hash browns.

Once you’ve finished the two pancakes, new refills are brought out in stacks of three or until you can eat no more. Pair your pancakes with butter or a variety of syrups such as maple, strawberry, blueberry or butter pecan.

Coconut syrup also is available upon request. Be prepared to stuff yourself silly and be sure to ask your server about other all-you-can-eat pancakes combos as well.

“Our mornings have been crazy since we started the all-you-can-eat pancake special, but I would say no one ends up eating more than 15 pancakes at a time,” says Andrew Toney, assistant manager of the IHOP Kuhio location.

Other items customers have taken notice of include some of the newer selections on the menu, such as the Chicken Fajita Quesadilla ($12.19) and the Maui Style Crunchy Shrimp ($18.25).

Start your meal with the Chicken Fajita Quesadilla, an appetizer featuring grilled seasoned chicken breast with onions, green peppers and tomatoes in a grilled flour tortilla with Cheddar and jack cheeses, served with sour cream and salsa.

Then be sure to save room for Maui Style Crunchy Shrimp, a delicious IHOP creation that consists of six to eight pieces of light, crunchy golden-fried shrimp served with steamed broccoli, seasoned red-skin potatoes and pineapple island glaze.

Open from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., daily, IHOP is truly a place where you can have it all.
