Local diners will rejoice upon hearing that Ruth’s Chris Steak House is rolling out a special offer this spring that ex- tends the availability of its incredible Prime Time Menu.
As the Waterfront Plaza location in down- town Honolulu celebrates its 33rd year of serving local diners in April, and the Waiki- ki Beach Walk restaurant rings in its 15th anniversary this month, Ruth’s Chris Steak House is making its Prime Time Menu an “all night long” promotion at all three of its locations, including Wailea, Maui, throughout the entire dinner service Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday nights March 21-May 31. Typically, the Prime Time Menu is served nightly from opening until 6 p.m., and with salad, entrée, accompaniment and dessert all

included in the meals starting at just $57.95, this prime deal is too good to pass up.
The Prime Time Menu offers an inviting
prix fixe meal featuring Ruth’s Chris chef favorites. Entrées offered are Petite Filet ($57.95), Stuffed Chicken Breast ($57.95),
New York Strip ($72.95), Ribeye ($72.95) or Filet ($72.95). Guests may pair their entrée with a house or Caesar salad; side of garlic mashed potatoes, signature creamed spinach or steamed white rice; and, for dessert, a choice of sorbet, ice cream or bread pudding.
In addition to serving up the signature “siz- zle” with each of its masterfully prepared USDA Prime steaks and succulent seafood, the New Orleans-inspired cuisine at Ruth’s Chris helps diners make memories one delicious dining experience at a time. The exceptional steaks served are selected from the top 2% of the country’s beef, and the wet- aged steaks at Ruth’s Chris Steak House are broiled in 1,800-degree ovens and served with butter on piping hot 500-degree plates to ensure every bite is delicious.
