Celebrate grads with great food

As families make plans to honor their graduates in the
coming months, Jade Dynas- ty Seafood Restaurant has built an alluring Graduation Menu complete with many of the restaurant’s most popu- lar dishes.
Conveniently located within the Hookipa Terrace on the Ala Moana Center’s top level, Jade Dynasty serves up an award-winning dining experience in an in- viting atmosphere featuring dark wood accents and in- tricately crafted chandeliers. The family-friendly restau- rant hosts up to 300 people, and diners are encouraged to celebrate birthdays, anni- versaries and special events in either the main dining room or one of the seven private dining areas.
At just $360 for a table of 10, guests enjoying the grad- uation celebration menu are treated to a nine-course feast that includes a combina- tion platter followed by two preparations of Peking Duck: crispy skin with buns and chopped duck meat. The
meal continues with Honey & Walnut Shrimp and Salt & Pepper Pork Chop, as well as delicious Sweet & Sour Fish Filets.
Braised Black Mushroom with Vegetable and Fried Rice in Lotus Wrap are packed with flavor and are
said to bring good luck and prosperity to graduates and their families and friends.
Round out the delicious feast with Mango Pudding for dessert.
