All of the steaks served by Ruth’s Chris are Prime or high cut of Choice, corn-fed Midwestern beef. The only seasoning used is a little salt and pepper, before the steak is broiled and sealed to perfection in an 1800-degree oven, then placed on a 500-degree heated platter. Before it’s served, the steak is drizzled with the restaurant’s very own Steak Butter.

Step into Ruth’s Chris Steak House at Waterfront Plaza from 5 to 6 p.m. and catch the restaurant’s Prime Time Menu. This special menu comes with a salad, entree selection, accompaniment and dessert starting from $54.95 to $64.95.

Two of the most popular entree choices are the 11-ounce Filet ($64.95 selection), a tender cut of corn-fed Midwestern beef and the 16-ounce Ribeye ($64.95 selection), which is an outstanding example of USDA Prime at its best. Both steaks are well marbled for peak flavor and are deliciously juicy.

Customers can enjoy mashed potatoes, creamed spinach or steamed white rice with their meat and finish off the delicious meal by indulging in dessert — one can choose ice cream, sorbet or white chocolate bread pudding.
