Utilizing locally sourced ingredi- ents found only in Hawaii, Zigu restaurant in Waikiki continues to cel- ebrate the new year with sake pairings featuring the brand Dassai 50 every Tuesday.
With a glass ($5) or a carafe of ($15), guests are welcome to pair the sake with the restaurant’s creative island-inspired Japanese dishes such as the Mochiko Fried Chick- en ($13.50), Local Tuna Sashimi Poke ($22) and the Japanese Style Sirloin Steak ($43).
In addition to the tasty sake and delicious cuisine, guests are also welcome to enjoy Zigu’s full bar and beautiful outdoor patio, perfect for either day or nighttime dining.
And don’t forget to check out the restaurant for daily happy hour from 4 to 6 p.m.
