          To foster an “easy-going atmosphere” in 2023, din- ers then delve into Sticky Rice with Preserved Meats in Lotus Wrap, and the meal concludes with Mochi Balls in Sweet Ginger Broth as a “happy end to the meal that brings good fortune.”
A Chinese NewYear menu for a table of five ($258 fea- turing eight courses) is also available at Jade Dynasty with one day’s advance notice; this menu does not include the Sweet & Sour Whole Fish.
Chinese New Year is cel- ebrated on Sunday, Jan. 22, and that night at 6 p.m. as well as the previous evening, Jan. 21 at 6:30 p.m., Jade Dy- nasty is hosting a traditional Chinese lion dance to cele- brate the occasion in style and bring good luck to pa- trons and staff.
Jade Dynasty Seafood Restaurant is also known for its array of nearly 60 dim sum varieties served daily from 10:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., with the last seating at 4:30 p.m.
