As the Year of the Rabbit nears on the Chinese lunar
calendar, Jade Dynasty Sea- food Restaurant is continuing its tradition of crafting an in- credible Chinese New Year set menu that local diners can usher in the new year with.
Jade Dynasty continues to add new menu items to coincide with the changing seasons, many of which are influenced by the cuisines of China and Hong Kong. The evolving menu keeps guests coming back to see what is in store, as the heart-of-the-
house creativity and stellar customer service delights diners with each visit.
Situated within the Hookipa Terrace on Ala Moana Cen- ter’s top level, Jade Dynasty serves up an award-winning dining experience in an in- viting atmosphere, featuring dark wood accents and in- tricately crafted chandeliers. The family-friendly restaurant hosts up to 300 people, and diners are encouraged to celebratebirthdays,anniver- saries and special events in either the main dining room or one of the seven private dining areas.
Jade Dynasty managing partner Ave Kwok explains
the whole year round.” Diners are then treated to Golden Chicken with Roast- ed Garlic symbolizing the “phoenix bringing you good news,” as well as Sweet & Sour Whole Fish in addition to Lobster with Ginger & On- ions that signify “prosperity year after year, and good
health and spirit.”
Guests are presented next
with Braised Pork Ribs in Chef’s Special Sauce served withbunstoleadto“achieve- ment in every step.” A Chi- nese New Year meal would not be complete without New Year Good Luck Jai, a vege- tarian classic specialty craft- ed to promote prosperity.
