The 9 Course Holiday Prix Fixe Menu includes chilled abalone and garlic cucumber, crab meat and fish maw, roasted Peking duck with buns, lobster with ginger
and onion, honey and garlic ribs, lettuce wrap with Peking duck meat, braised shiitake mushroom with Shanghai pak choy, mochi rice in lotus wrap and chilled pearl tapioca with coconut milk and fruit. Cost is $445 for a table of 10. A table of five is also available for $218; call for details.
