Café composes tasty, new courses

Enjoy the serene and breathtaking views of the Waimanalo mountain range in Kalapawai Café & Deli’s open-air dining room located on Kalanianaole Highway.
“The restaurant sits only one block away from Waimanalo Beach and offers gourmet comfort food with casual fine dining service,” says operations manager Kat Moon.
The eatery is introducing a number of new items to its dinner menu beginning March 14. The most popular brus- chetta, and a house and guest favorite, is the Marinated Island Tomato & Chevre Bruschetta ($11). Another perfect shareable appetizer for the whole table to enjoy is the Crab &
Artichoke Dip ($16). It boasts blue crab, chopped artichoke hearts, mozzarella, provolone, Parmesan, red bell pepper and sweet onion, and is served with crostini.
Moon describes the restaurant’s Da Geevum ($18) as “incredibly flavorful and filling” as the half-pound wagyu beef burger includes pastrami, Swiss, Russian dressing,
