it’s baked in a traditional dome brick oven, the pizza is topped with dry-aged goat cheese, fresh arugula and truffle oil drizzle.
The “Thai-Dal Wave” ($14.95) features guava dough, mozzarella cheese and mac nut cream sauce. It’s topped with jalapeño peppers, green onion and Thai curry chicken. Once the dish is baked, it’s coated with fresh cilantro and coconut cream drizzle.
“I really wanted to offer pizzas with a local twist and pizzas that you wouldn’t be able to get anywhere else,” Kim says. “All of my sauces are made from scratch and many of them are very unique.”
Specialty pizzas range from $14.95 to $15.95, while self-designed pies cost between $12.95 and $14.95, depending on the number of toppings chosen.
