Discover tasty artisan pizzas at Sophie’s Gourmet Hawai- ian Pizzeria. Guests have the option of ordering a specialty dish or designing a pizza. There are numerous vegetable and meat toppings available including choy sum, kimchi, Portuguese sausage, kalua pig, Hawaiian barbecue chicken and more.
“As you can see, I really wanted to incorporate many of the local foods that you can get in other locally made dish- es but instead, have them as a topping choice for your pizza,” explains owner and president John Kim.
The restaurant’s signature pizza, the “Sophie’sticated”($14.95) ismadewith guava-infused dough, which enhances the dough’s texture, and the extra sug- ars make for a thinner, crispier crust.
