“Our brisket and pulled pork are smoked for 10 hours,
which is why it is so tender.We cook it low and slow. Cooking it in that way really helps bring out the tenderness of the meat,” says Stula. “We have a pitmaster in every store who puts in lots of effort in making sure the meat is perfect.”
For Thanksgiving, Tex 808 is offering a holiday dinner with smoked turkey — a de- licious packed meal that can feed four to six people.
