On Monday, December 26 (Boxing Day), Hoku’s at The Kahala Hotel & Resort will be serving an elegant and elevated brunch. The Boxing Day Teihoku Brunch ($120 per person) will showcase the best of Hoku’s. Guests can celebrate by sitting down in the beachside dining room while also enjoying extraordinary service and exceptional cuisine from chef Jonathan Mizukami.
The brunch begins with scrumptious starters: Kona Lobster Miso Soup, Sashimi, Sushi, Shrimp, Lobster Tail, Ahi Poke Musubi and Kahala Thin Pancakes.
For the entrées, guests will feast on Smoked Salmon Cheddar Biscuit Benedict, Steamed King Crab Legs and Misoyaki Butterfish as well as Shrimp and Vegetable Tempura, and Applewood Smoked Bacon. The decadent dishes off the carving plate include Herb Crusted Rib Roast with a red wine jus and creamy horseradish and Herb Roasted New Zealand Lamb Rack with mint jelly.
For dessert, guests can delight in Chocolate Yule Log, Apple Strudel, Coconut Tapioca and Kahala Signature Bread Pudding with Crème Anglaise.
