3660 on the Rise has revamped its menu to adjust to the new normal we’re now living in, and that’s good news for fans of the first-rate eatery, as well as foodies seeking a premier menu from one of the state’s best chefs. Indeed, chef Russell Siu has on the menu a number of delectable dishes, like the Fire Roasted Spanish Octopus ($20.50), Oven Roasted Crab Cake ($18.50) and Grilled Marinated Colorado Lamb ($52.50) — all cooked to perfection with quality ingredients.

There’s a 10 percent discount up for grabs on takeout orders (excluding the meal to-go special), and when picking up, guests can park in the loading zone and call the restaurant to have their food brought to the car.
Dine-in service has resumed, as well, and guests choosing to sit down and enjoy a meal can look forward to a safe environment that takes into consideration social distancing and sanitation protocols.
“When you enter, you can expect to be warmly greeted with our staff in masks and gloves,” explains banquet sales manager Cheryl Leong. “We do let guests know they can take their masks off at the table, but are required to wear one upon entering and exiting the dining room.”
And, whether dining in or bringing your meal home, the restaurant is accepting gift cards during this time.
