Barbecue Char Siu Pork Ribs

Little Village Noodle House has been a local Chinese favorite for nearly two decades, sitting steadfastly on Chinatown’s Smith Street. The eatery’s dedication to its customers has shown through across the years and continues with an Easter Sunday special available only on April 1.

With Easter nearing, that means an end to no-meat-Fridays also is closing in. As a little “reward” for loyal Lent followers — and everyone else as well — Little Village general manager David Chang is offering a special on all meat entrees.

Diners can enjoy 15 percent off all meat entrees (not including appetizers) on orders exceeding $100. The special is good only for dine-in customers and phone-in orders, and cannot be combined with any other offer. (The discount also only counts toward each entree and not toward the entire bill.)

Chang mentions that this is the perfect opportunity to save money while enjoying mouthwatering meat dishes, especially during the family holiday.

‘RIBBING’ TASTE BUDS THE RIGHT WAY

There’s no doubting this fall-off-the-bone meaty goodness that has been soaked in char siu marinade and baked for six hours. The combination makes for a perfect American-meets-Chinese cuisine treat. These exceptional ribs are part of the daily specials menu, and is further included in the restaurant’s Easter Sunday special available April 1 — offering 15 percent off each meat entree on orders exceeding $100.
