When guests visit Quiora, which is nestled in the heart of Waikiki, they can expect a fresh island breeze, an ocean view and a menu featuring fresh, local ingredients.
“We have dedicated ourselves to offering a menu that keeps guests returning time and time again,” says chef de cuisine Jared Murakawa. “At Quiora, our menu revolves around fresh, seasonal ingredients sourced from local farmers, fishermen and purveyors throughout Hawaii, ensuring that each dish reflects the vibrant flavors of the islands.”
Diners can experience these flavors through the restaurant’s Complete Lunch Set ($45), which lets them craft their own meal by selecting sides, a main course and a drink. For the main course, customers have a choice of the Smoked Ahi Melt (tuna, American cheese, lettuce, and tomato), Braised Short Rib French Dip Sandwich, (caramelized onions, bell peppers, smoked mozzarella, and beef jus for dipping), or Roasted Vegetable Panini, (Small Kine Farm mushrooms, Ho Farms eggplant, zucchini and mozzarella on naan with homemade tomato pesto). The main courses can be paired with a choice of garlic truffle fries, soup of the day, or grilled Caesar salad. For drinks, there’s coffee or iced tea.
“Our team feels proud to support local by sharing (a) culinary experience that truly reflects our islands’ fresh and vibrant flavors through good food,” Murakawa says.
As guests enjoy Quiora’s cuisine, they can also view the horizon from the restaurant’s eighth-floor, open-air setting.
“Here, they can take in panoramic views of Waikiki’s skyline and the Pacific Ocean, watching as sailboats and airplanes gracefully glide by,” says general manager Tina Giesseman.
Quiora also offers complimentary valet parking for lunch and dinner.
