With an incredible ambiance serving as a backdrop to alluring dishes that incorporate local ingredients and flavors to complete the dining experience, Quiora appeals to all the senses.
Conveniently located between Kalakaua and Kuhio avenues at the Ritz Carlton Residences, Waikiki Beach, Quiora opened in 2019 as part of G.LION Hawaii, which also operates sister establishments including flagship restaurant Hy’s Steak House and La Vie. The stellar partnership has led to the introduction of a special steak dish now available at Quiora.
As Hy’s approaches a late-summer renovation to accommodate the community with more incredible service and steak, Quiora has added a succulent Wet-Aged Rib-eye ($145) as a nod to the classic steakhouse and another way for guests to connect the restaurant group’s high-caliber offerings. The rib-eye is a standing special menu item available during dinner service.
Quiora chef de cuisine Jared Murakawa explains that the hearty 18-ounce prime-grade rib-eye is wet-aged for 45 days and then dry-aged for 21 days to develop an incredible flavor profile and texture. Seasoned with Hy’s Steak House Signature Seasoning Salt, the must-try steak is served alongside Campanelle Mac and Cheese, which is made with house-cut pasta and signature cheesy Mornay sauce.
Roasted local zucchini is finished with a house tomato sauce and garlic herb mascarpone cheese to add a fresh touch. Murakawa’s signature Steak Sauce is also served on the side as the perfect addition to tie the dish together.
