Ruth’s Chris has been serving sizzling steaks for more than 33 years in Hawaii, and the Sizzling Prime Time meal showcases some of the chef’s favorite recipes. Served nightly from 4 to 6 p.m., the prix fixe meal includes a choice of salad, entrée, side and dessert, with prices varying depending on entrée choice.
Entrée selections include an 8-ounce Petite Filet ($57.95), 11-ounce Filet ($72.95), 16-ounce Ribeye ($72.95) or 16-ounce New York Strip ($72.95).
“At Ruth’s Chris Steak House, you’ll always find exceptional steaks, selected from the top 2% of the country’s beef and served sizzling hot on 500-degree plates,” says Emi Chang Espinda, director of sales and marketing.
While steak is king, other entrée selections include local seafood and the Stuffed Chicken Breast ($57.95), filled with garlic-herb cheese and smothered in lemon butter.
Salad selections include the steak house salad and the Caesar salad. For the side, guests can choose from creamed spinach, garlic mashed potatoes or white rice. Dessert choices include ice cream, sorbet or bread pudding.
