The team at Artizen by MW is consistently looking to create and integrate new menu items to its classic mix, setting new trends along the way for diners to enjoy.
Guests can look forward to the Artizen experience within Velocity Honolulu, the luxury auto complex at the corner of Ward Avenue and Kapiolani Boulevard. As is the case throughout the year, the restaurant’s menu is supplemented by new dishes that feature seasonal flavors and align with the latest culinary tendencies.
As the fried chicken sandwich craze continues to lead to flavorful takes across the country in multiple regions, Artizen is offering its own version with a local twist. Bubu Arare Garlic Chicken Sandwich ($16) is packed with flavor, and the texture of the arare balls adds a uniqueness to the classic sandwich built with Jidori Garlic Chicken, onions, namasu, furikake mayo and served with french fries.
Thai Curry ($14) is a new vegan option created by Artizen lead cooks Aimee Chock and Mac Mc-Cue now being served to help those with varying dietary restrictions enjoy the Artizen experience. The dish features kabocha, garbanzo beans, carrots, spinach, fried tofu and a choice of rice.
Chock and McCue also devised a fresh take on an Italian classic: chicken Parmesan. Guests can enjoy the new Ludovico Farm Chicken Parmesan ($18), which features a zesty tomato curry sauce and garlic bread.
