Ruth’s Chris Steak House’s Waterfront Plaza location continues to serve as a go-to dining destination as has been the case for more than three decades.
In addition to serving up the signature “sizzle” with each of its masterfully prepared USDA Prime steaks and succulent seafood items, the New Orleans-inspired cuisine at Ruth’s Chris helps diners make memories one delicious dining experience at a time. Just in time for 2022, guests are welcome to help the restaurant celebrate its 33rd anniversary at the Waterfront location throughout the new year.
Local diners rave about the exceptional wet-aged steaks at Ruth’s Chris Steak House, which are selected from the top 2% of the country’s beef, broiled in 1,800-degree ovens and served with butter on piping-hot 500-degree plates to ensure every bite is delicious. The restaurant also features fresh seafood, an award-winning wine list, and a wide variety of appetizers, salads, side dishes and desserts in an inviting atmosphere accompanied by impeccable service and hospitality.
General manager Jon Kobashigawa invites guests to try the mouthwatering 40-ounce Porterhouse ($129). This epic steak features the fillet and New York Strip (call for price) on either side of the massive cut’s bone.
“You will enjoy the widest array of textures and the best examples of flavors — no matter which side of the bone you pick,” Kobashigawa ex plains. “And, with our perfect broiling method and seasoning techniques, you can rest assured that your last bite of our 40-ounce Porterhouse will be just as good as your first.”
The Prime Time Menu — served nightly from 4:30 to 6 p.m. — is an inviting prix fixe meal featuring chef’s favorites that include a starter, entrée, personal side and dessert. Entrées offered are Petite Filet ($55.95), Stuffed Chicken Breast ($55.95), New York Strip ($70.95), Rib-eye ($70.95) or Filet ($70.95). Guests may pair their entrée with a house or Caesar salad, side of garlic mashed potatoes, signature creamed spinach or steamed white rice; and, for dessert, a choice of sorbet, ice cream or cheesecake.
