Esteemed restaurant 3660 on the Rise on Waialae Avenue has some exciting upcoming offerings. Cheryl Leong, banquet sales manager, explains that the business restarted dine-in services in December, using the banquet rooms as the dining room. The former dining room is now used for takeout pickup.
One of the new dishes at 3660 on the Rise is the Shichimi Seared King Salmon Tataki ($20). Another mouth-watering menu item is the Parchment Steamed Butterfish ($39).
For poultry lovers, there’s the Pan Roasted Breast of Chicken, Caprese Style ($30).
Meanwhile, a Meal to Go has a small salad, 5-ounce New York Steak Alaea, five pieces of Crispy Garlic Scallion Shrimp, and Steamed White Rice with Furikake ($25). The restaurant also has a Meal to Go 2.0 that includes a small salad, Barbecue Skirt Steak and Mac and Cheese ($25).
In addition to the previously mentioned delicacies, the restaurant will hold a special event on Jan. 29 called “No Cooking Friday with 3660 on the Rise.” This will provide a complete meal for six people for $150 and limited orders will be taken. Preorder for this event by Sunday, Jan. 24.
Designated pickup times are from 4:30 to 6 p.m. Add a 28-ounce Lychee Martini Mix for $40, a 28-ounce Hale Sweetened Tea for $12, or a three-bottle Mystery Wine Bag for $75.
