To keep up with the times, Hy’s Steak House launched Hy’s Prime Butcher Shop & Market back in March. Its latest innovative feature is the Prime Box of the Month, a one-time purchase or monthly subscription that includes Hy’s finest selections of proteins and accompaniments. The boxes are available for pickup at the restaurant’s Kuhio Avenue location, or delivery on the second and fourth Saturday of the month. Orders must be placed one week prior.
This month’s box entails quite a few luxuries, including USDA Prime Ribeye Steak, Hy’s Blend Hamburger Patties with Brioche Buns and Aged Cheddar, Teriyaki Marinated Chicken Breasts, St. Louis BBQ Ribs, Bacon-wrapped Asparagus Spears, Herb Seasoned Vegetable Kabobs, Pesto-tossed Seasonal Vegetables and Hy’s Signature Blend Seasoning.
“We started our Hy’s Prime Butcher Shop & Market outlet of our business with one goal in mind: How do we serve our community?” says Jordyn Oriole, director of catering and events. “Thanks to our experience and dedication, we have managed to become masters of this craft, as well as expand on our offerings. Providing our guests with dishes that are hearty and simply unforgettable at home is what we strive to do day in and day out.”
Raising the stakes even more, Hy’s Steak House upped its takeout offerings. Available for on-demand ordering and delivery five days a week, expect all of the best, including steak plates, classic seafood appetizers and bakeshop treats, like New York Cheesecake and Famous Cheese Biscuits.
“During the dine-in closure, we will be offering limited time pricing for our on-demand takeout,” says Oriole. “This exclusive pricing is a small token of gratitude that we wish to share with our community.
“We are unbelievably thankful for the support and kindness that we have received from the community.”
