Quiora opens al fresco dining

Quiora is ready to welcome guests to its open-air dining area (see picture below) starting on Friday, and though the experience will look a little different, the inviting, warm ambiance remains the same.

Patrons can now expect single-use and digital menus, as well as a staff that has extensive training under the G.Lion Hawaii COVID-19 Hospitality Manual, which adheres to all government regulations.

“This manual is our training guide for our employees and is available to the public to see our commitments,” explains Jordyn Oriole, director of catering and events for G.Lion Hawaii, which operates Quiora.

For now, bar seating remains closed, but the tables and lounge furniture are open to those that just want to sip on their favorite libation.

Inspired by rustic Italian cuisine, Quiora’s menu is the epitome of comfort food finery. Featuring everything from homemade pastas to fresh fish and steak mains, there’s something for you, no matter the craving.

Those seeking to satisfy their desire for seafood can opt for the Calabrian Chili Garlic Shrimp Grilled Toast ($21), and since Quiora is known for its pasta, we’d be remiss to not mention the wide noodle Pork Pappardelle dish ($24, pictured above) and classic Spaghetti & Meatballs ($26).

Still want to enjoy a little bit of Quiora at home? It’s launching its own line of retail products that include fresh pasta kits and containers of olive tapenade, Calabrian chili oil, and fan-favorite Tomato Jam.
