Executive Chef Ricky Murakami and his team continue to perfect an array of customer favorites, while also adding new items that align with culinary trends.
Ruth’s Chris offers multiple varieties of wet-aged beef including the Filet ($59), which is an 11-ounce cut of tender, corn-fed Midwestern beef. Porterhouse for Two ($125) offers a superb flavor profile with the richness of a strip and the tenderness of a filet all in one 40-ounce USDA Prime cut.
Diners can also reach for the massive Tomahawk Ribeye ($147), a USDA Prime bone-in 40-ounce cut that resembles something Fred Flintstone would “Yabba Dabba Doo” over as, excluding the bone, the dish yields two pounds of succulent beef with superb marbling broiled to perfection for peak flavor.
Chilled Seafood Tower ($138 large, $69 small) allows diners to dive into an incredible seafood assortment including Maine lobster, Alaskan king crab legs, jumbo shrimp and colossal lump blue crab. Oysters Rockefeller ($20) is a must-try appetizer featuring five oysters on the half shell baked with spinach, bacon, caramelized onions and topped with hollandaise sauce.
