IHOP

A CLOSER LOOK AT THIS WEEK’S HOUSE SPECIAL: HAWAIIAN FRIED RICE ($13.49)

It’s a no-brainer, especially for all of you foodies out there, that IHOP translates to International House of Pancakes. However, with all of the food chain’s different offerings, that international should really take a step up to universal, as IHOP has flavors to meet an array of tastes near and far.

Especially with the holiday season crawling up on us, expect to find a pleasant presentation of holiday-themed pancakes to indulge in, along with all the traditional favorites.

While IHOP fans can find five locations throughout Oahu — one in Ewa Beach and Pearl City, and three in Honolulu — the location nearest the Honolulu airport terminals has been serving as a popular retreat for those coming and going to and from the island, or for those just in the area.

In addition to catching flights, diners can catch delicious feelings from the menu that spans from sweet breakfast items to savory dinner selections, like burgers, salads and steaks.

What’s more, this location is open 24 hours a day so everyone and anyone can satisfy their IHOP cravings whether it be dawn, dusk or midnight. And, as previously mentioned, there are four other locations on the island so don’t limit the boundaries to just Koapaka Street.

Even better, IHOP Hawaii locations also have a local-style menu that includes the favored Spam slices, Portuguese sausage rounds and even fried rice. So stop into any of its locations to satisfy breakfast, lunch and dinner desires.

If you find yourself on the neighbor islands, IHOP can also be enjoyed in Hilo and Kailua-Kona of the Big Island or in Kahului, Maui.
