With graduation season upon us, many are quickly their calendars to attend ceremonies and celebratory gatherings galore. To help ease the food-planning process, one of Hawaii’s most cherished eateries, L&L Hawaiian Barbecue, invites all to take advantage of its catering service.
For parties both large and small, L&L Hawaiian Barbecue offers a wide variety of party-friendly appetizers and dishes. Over the course of the past 40 years, the diner has accumulated a loyal fan base of new and loyal customers. “Some of our customers have been dining with us for more than three decades,” says Brandon Dela Cruz, director of marketing at L&L Hawaiian Barbecue. “Our chefs have been using the traditional L&L recipes ever since the start, so over time our food has really become an island staple.”
Those looking to cater food for a gathering can choose from any item on the regular L&L Hawaiian Barbecue menu. Party packs come in small, medium and large sizes. Local favorites include BBQ Short Ribs (starting at $39.99), Chicken Katsu (starting at $22.99) and Kalua Pork (starting at $34.99).
In addition to consistency and quality, accessibility is also one of L&L Hawaiian Barbecue’s most prominent advantages as a catering service.
“From any point on the island, there is always at least one L&L within 15 minutes or less,” explains Dela Cruz. “Depending on the location, some places also offer delivery service.”
Aloha-spirited and hardworking, the staff at L&L Hawaiian Barbecue understands good customer service.
“A lot of our locations are run by families,” says Dela Cruz. “They view the restaurant as more than just a place of work.”
With each L&L Hawaiian Barbecue location, customers can expect various discounts and specials to get even more out of the flavorful menu selection. “Some of the locations are very generous about adding extra sides to a minimum purchase order, such as free rice,” says Dela Cruz. In addition, currently on all catering orders of $100 or more, customers will receive a free gift pack of L&L Hawaiian Barbecue logo items, valued at $50.
The eatery’s delectable fusion of Asian and American flavors is not unique to Hawaii.
“The growth we have experienced in just the last couple of years has been tremendous,” says Dela Cruz.
A testament of its success, L&L Hawaiian Barbecue has stores in cities all across the nation, including Las Vegas, New York City, Dallas and Los Angeles, with international locations in Japan and America Samoa. Soon, the restaurant also will open a franchise in Guangdong, China.
Once the graduation parties and celebrations have come to a close, customers can look forward to taking part in L&L Hawaiian Barbecue’s famed “76 Cent Plate Lunch” promotion June 13. Stay tuned for more details.
