chefs from Japan take special care in curating the menu, ingredients and even the containers, putting in the extra time to ensure Japanese authenticity.
Get a well-rounded meal with the Salmon Nori Bento ($14.50), which includes grilled sockeye salmon, chicken karaage, fried chikuwa with seaweed flakes, and pork hash. The bento also has multiple side dishes of dashi- maki egg, hijiki, spinach with sesame sauce, shiraae, and kinpira gobo (burdock root).
