Rinka Japanese Restaurant has rolled out its highly antic- ipated Omakase Course Spring Menu to celebrate the vibrant flavors of the season.
Located on the Aeo tower’s ground level within the bustling WardVillage, Rinka features an assortment of authentic Japanese cuisine including sushi, tempura, soba and sashimi prepared fresh by the talented heart-of-the-house team.
The seven-course Omakase set menu ($100 per person, plus tax) is available through May 31 and features an appe- tizer of Lotus Root with thick mochi sauce; Sashimi Yukhoe; Grilled Burikama with Japanese pepper sauce; Wagyu Beef with Crunchy Soba Salad; Simmered Seasonal Potato Manju; a rice dish featuring Cherry Bass Chazuke with Karasumi; and for dessert, Fruits Anmitsu.
Those with allergies or special dietary requirements should let the restaurant team know when making reservations.
