“We have offered our
Wiki Wiki box since 2020,” says Chaowasaree. “Last year, we baked about 2,000 pounds of turkey.”
Available now for pre- order, this seasonal box will include an appetizer of Alaskan king crab cakes
with garlic aioli and mango salsa; a salad of organical- ly grown Big Island baby greens with tangerine vin- aigrette; a roasted pumpkin kabocha soup and lobster bisque; pre-sliced roasted turkey; Granny Smith ap- ple and raisin bread stuff- ing; roasted peanut butter squash, baby carrot, onion, and spinach; mashedYukon gold potatoes; cranberry apricot chutney, giblet gra- vy; and for dessert, classic pumpkin pie.
