New and loyal Sansei diners rave about the Moa- na Sashimi Platter ($49.95), which includes four pieces each of freshly prepared ahi, hamachi, salmon, ika, koji-seared marlin, tako sumiso, sunomono and ki- zami wasabi.
Panko Crusted Ahi Sashimi ($16.50) is crafted with fresh ahi wrapped with spinach and arugula before being flash fried with a panko crust and served with a savory soy wasabi butter sauce.
“The Panko Crusted Ahi Sashimi is definitely one of the most popular items on our menu,” Bailey-Marchan says. “Just about every table gets at least one.With the crunchy outside, the delicious ahi in- side and that fantastic sauce, it’s hard to say no!”
