20 years ago, Rai Rai Ramen opened their first location in Kapahulu and later moved their restaurant to Kailua. Rai Rai Ramen’s Kailua location has been a
local favorite for many years, and now locals can enjoy more of Rai Rai Ramen as they opened their second location at Kapalama Shopping Center!
At Rai Rai Ramen, we emphasize using quality ingredients and our take on modern interpretation of classic dishes which include Ramen, Fried Noodles, Curry, Fried Rice and Gyoza. Our best seller is our Tan Tan Ramen which is garnished with our homemade Ground Pork which infuses Chinese flavors; we stir-fry spices, ginger, garlic and ground pork together to bring an appetizing aroma and flavor.

Our Tan Tan Ramen has a nutty aroma with a creamy soup accented with chili oil garnished with woodear mushrooms,
bean sprouts, green onions and seasoned ground pork and paired with bouncy noodles.
