Kick off the morning with breakfast at In-Yo Café, situated within Trump International Hotel Waikiki.
“We have more of a brunch menu versus your standard hotel breakfast menu,” says executive chef Joseph Rose. “You will find familiar items, but also items that are a little more fun.”
In-Yo Café’s Buttermilk Pancakes ($19), which are cooked until the edges are a bit crispy, feature tasty yuzu custard and fresh berries.
Its custard is prepared using eggs, sugar and yuzu juice.
The Avocado Toast ($20) is the restaurant’s bestselling item. It includes pickled veg- etables, Fresno chiles, clover sprouts, poached eggs and romesco sauce with avocado spread atop crispy country bread.
The eatery’s Egg White Frittata ($20) consists of fresh spinach, asparagus and cherry tomatoes baked with egg whites, plus fresh dill, chiles and feta cheese.
