Guests can reel in the flavor with Fresh Hawaiian Ahi Carpaccio ($17.95), which is garnished with chopped peanuts and accented with a Thai chile vinaigrette. No- bu-Style Miso Butterfish ($24.95) is marinated and roasted in sake and sweet miso before being served with yukari nigiri and cucumber sunomono.
Sansei diners rave about Shichimi Spice Seared Salmon ($32.95) accompanied by fresh shiitake mushrooms, as- paragus and a soy butter sauce served with a side of rice.
