ever eaten is Pearl Country Club’s Shrimp Scampi with Linguini ($16). Its great flavor comes from a multi- tude of steps starting with the com- pilation of golden-brown minced garlic, shallots and shrimp. Then, it is deglazed with lemon juice, before cream and butter are added to cre- ate the dish’s velvety garlic sauce. Shredded Parmesan cheese and bi- as-cut green onions are then added to complete this delectable pasta, which is served with garlic bread.
