Waikiki Brewing Co., which is Waiki- ki’s only active brewery, serves a variety of fresh, local beer. In addi- tion to its Waikiki location, it can also be found in Kakaako. The business’s beers are brewed on the island, giving guests the opportunity to enjoy nine core beers that are always on tap.
“They are all over the spectrum, so there is sure to be something for everyone,” says general manager Andy Flartey. “We also try to have a couple featured beers on tap at all times to mix it up a bit. (The company) allows us to keep things fresh and try our hand at any newer styles or put our own twist on a traditional style.”
The menu also boasts delicious dishes, such as the BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger ($18), which is only available in Waikiki. The burger is cooked to one’s liking and topped with ched- dar cheese, crispy bacon, a giant onion ring
