Step into the welcom- ing and homey at- mosphere of 3660 on
the Rise and prepare to be provided with an ultimate dining experience like no other with its modern fusion cuisine. Located on the cor- ner of Waialae Avenue and Wilhelmina Rise, guests will be greeted with a feeling of warmth and can witness their delicious meals being prepared through the glass wall dividing the kitchen and dining room.
Begin your meal with the scrumptious appetizer Duck
Rillette ($20) served with Ro- mano risotto croquette, onion raspberry fig marmalade
and a burgundy honey re- duction. The duck leg is mar- inated with assorted herbs and salt overnight and slow- ly simmered in duck fat until tender. Then, it is deboned and mixed with duck stock and cognac.
The Grilled Salmon ($38) is accompanied with an oven-roasted blue crab- cake and a Kahuku corn dashi sauce. Meanwhile, the Asian-Style Braised Boneless Short Ribs ($46) are served with wok-fried gai lan and topped with crispy garlic and cilantro. The ribs are
simmered until tender in star anise, lemongrass, kaffir lime, shoyu and then served with the stock that it is braised inth — a classic natural jus meth-tak od sure to enhance the dish’sfix flavor. 36
“Guests like these dishesinf because they are creative and take everyday ingre- dients and showcase them in a different way,” explains chef de cuisine Lydell Leong. “Some guests also like that it
is nostalgic with a twist.” While the eatery’s dine- in reservations are all sold out for Valentine’s Day,
