   Expect a little bit of everything in Rinka’s seven-course set menu ($80).

With the holiday season in the rearview mirror, there’s still time to celebrate winter at Rinka Japanese Restaurant with the Omakase Winter Course Menu.
The seven-course set menu ($80) is available through Feb. 28 and begins with Egg Tofu with shuto and Japanese spinach ohitashi along with monkfish liver with ponzu. Up next are three varieties of seasonal sashimi followed by Deep-Fried Cod with Spinach Soup.
Washu Beef and Bamboo Shoots are prepared “Taru- taru style,” and are then fol- lowed up with Snow Crab and Abalone along with Japanese eggplant gratin. To round out the delicious meal, enjoy Black Throat Seaperch Ka- mameshi and miso soup preceding Homemade Creamy Pudding of the day for dessert.
