To create an “easy-going atmosphere” in 2022, diners then can delve into Sticky Rice with Preserved Meats in Lotus Wrap, and the meal concludes with Mochi Balls in Sweet Ginger Broth as a “happy end to the meal that brings good fortune.”
Chinese NewYear is celebrated on Feb. 1
this year, and that night at 7 p.m. and again on Feb. 2 at 6:30 p.m., Jade Dynasty is scheduled to host a traditional Chinese lion dance to celebrate the occasion in style.
“For Chinese NewYear, the fish and chick- en are a must, as well as the mochi balls,” Kwok says. “We serve this menu family style so everyone can share different items and re- ally enjoy their time and celebrate together.”
Jade Dynasty Seafood Restaurant is also well known for its array of nearly 60 dim sum varieties starting at just $2.95 that are served daily from 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
