The eatery also boasts other a la carte dishes including House Made Corned Beef Hash ($24), Açaí Bowl ($15), Stuffed French Toast ($21) and more. Rose shares that cus- tomer favorites include the Breakfast BLT ($21), which consists of toasted rye bread, spiced maple slab bacon, heirloom tomatoes, baby arugula and fried egg, and the Avocado Toast ($20), with pickled vegetables, romes- co sauce, clover sprouts and poached eggs.
Diners can top off the hearty meal with In-Yo’s refreshing drink selection. The café’s best sellers include the Honey Girl ($14), which features vodka and grapefruit juice, and the Koko Malia ($15), a refreshing twist on the classic bloody mary.
Breakfast is served from 6:30 to 10:30 a.m. The property offers four-hour complimentary valet parking for non-hotel guests.
