“(It’s) our oxtail soup we used to serve at the restau- rant,” Ueoka says, adding that it comes with a side of Chi- nese cabbage and ginger scallion oil.
“So, it’s a little different take on an oxtail soup where we do oxtail, pork belly and corned beef. I always like eat- ing oxtail soup, but for me, I hate messing with the bone, so we put more meat inside.”
Other hearty offerings in-
clude the Seafood Gumbo and Seafood Bisque.
“These are all things that are just a different line of things we’re trying to think of that are simple that peo-
ple can heat up and have at home,” he says.
Most items on the Save It For Later menu are $15, while the Oxtail Soup is $20 for a 32-ounce container.
