Earlier this year, Artizen by MW joined its sister eatery, MW Restaurant at its new location at 888 Kapiolani Blvd.
“Artizen is basically more casual,” explains chef and co-owner Wade Ue- koa. “The concept of our cuisine is sim- ilar (to MW Restaurant), but we make it a little more casual — grab-and-go or plate lunch-style downstairs.”
Popular menu choices include the Mochi-crusted Fish and an array of salads such as Salmon and Tofu, and new offerings such as Asian Chicken and Ahi Miso.
Now, Artizen is offering its Save It
For Later menu. These are frozen dish-
es that can be simply heated up in the
microwave or on the stovetop.The menu makes for the perfect solution for busy weekday dinners or how to handle meals as the holiday bustle gets in full swing.
“We tried to build things thinking about the customer ... So we wanted to provide some simple things that peo- ple could enjoy at home,” Ueoka adds.
