The Gold Menu, Four- Course Set ($100) starts with cheese biscuits and pan-seared scallops with prosciutto-wrapped aspara- gus and a mixed green salad. The entrée is a kiawe-broiled USDA Prime filet mignon with truffle demi-glace, pre- pared to the temperature of your choice, and served with garlic mashed potatoes and a vegetable medley. Finish off with a New York-style cheesecake.
