Amid the uncertainty caused by the pandemic, Murphy’s Bar & Grill has introduced weekly dinner specials that offer enough food for two
people, and take the stress out of enjoying a hearty meal. Spatchcock Chicken ($22.50) is available this week and features a whole chicken (4-5 pounds) that is split and cooked skin-side up to golden brown perfection before being served with mashed potatoes, corn and
a mustard-mushroom sauce.
Diners can also look forward to Sweet Chili Salmon
on Caesar Salad ($23.50), as the fish is cooked with an added sweet and savory element from the sauce.
