Established in 2005, the eatery — which has restaurants in Ala Moana, Kahala Mall, Pearlridge and Ward Centre — offers authentic Jap- anese noodles, spanning from mild to extra spicy.
A dish that pays homage to Hawaii’s melting pot of cultures is the Katsu Cur- ry Rice ($14.50), which features Japa- nese-style curry, with chicken thighs, carrots and onions. A true labor of love, the concoction is cooked for more than 24 hours in a homemade broth for added bursts of flavor. The tonkatsu, meanwhile, is made in-house, and incorporates a
