A true labor of love for owner Daniel Leung, Asian Mix on Bere- tania Street dishes out plates of food that are packed with the most carefully prepared meats, veggies, noodles and

Leung’s desire to create
his own venture came after partnering for 20 years at a full-service, sit-down restau- rant. He arrived at the idea to start an eatery with the same quality cuisine as fancy dine- in places, but with quick ser- vice and at more affordable
prices. Thus, Asian Mix was born. Leung’s popular estab- lishment offers takeout meals and features ample parking.
The menu highlights Chi- nese, Japanese and other mouthwatering local flavors.
For example, among the plethora of items available are Barbecue Pork and Cold Gin- ger Chicken on Rice ($10.95). This features succulent pork marinated overnight in house- made barbecue sauce, prior to receiving a one-hour roast- ing process. Capping it off is a light honey glaze to add just
