At Golden Pork, we serve a total of six varieties of Ramen which includes three types of Hakata Ramen and three types of seafood Tonkotsu Tsukemen. We take pride of our pork bone broth that has been carefully simmered for over 20 hours using only pork and chicken bones. Our other popular items, besides our ramen, are our signature gyoza, chicken karaage, and pork buns. We have a wide array of appetizers, small plates, and alcoholic beverages that go well with each other. We are not just a Ramen shop, but an Izakaya where you can enjoy your time and company.

With the investments of our parent company, Ikka Dining International Inc., which was established in the United States in 2014 and opened the first overseas store the following year. Golden Pork had its grand opening March 31, 2015 and we specialize in Tonkotsu Ramen; a rich pork broth Ramen originating from Fukuoka, Japan. Our broth which gets its silky, rich texture from pork and chicken bones—is the star of the show and highlighted with perfectly al dente Ramen noodles.
Spicy Red Miso Dragon
A rich and creamy pork bone broth enhanced with Miso. Adjustable spiciness and topped with Char Siu, Green Onion, Woodear Mushrooms, Sesame, Nori, Spicy Minced Pork, and Red Pepper.
You can also customize your own Ramen; substitute for thick noodles (futomen), or add Cheese, Char Siu, or Seasoned Eggs!
