Sauteed Button Mushroom Stuffed with Minced Shrimp ($25.95) combines the earthy flavors of mushrooms with rich, savory shrimp. Steamed Napa Cabbage with Minced Garlic ($17.50) is another healthy new addition that is simple yet flavorful, and highlights the tender texture of Napa cabbage.
Stir Fried U.S. Wagyu Beef with Scrambled Eggs in a Tomato Cup ($11.95, one day’s advance notice required) is a creative spin on the classic Chinese comfort food: tomato and scrambled eggs. This new iteration elevates traditional flavors with the addition of tender, marbled wagyu beef, creating a rich and savory experience.
Pulled Chicken Lettuce Wrap with Truffles ($18.95) is light and satisfying as an entree or appetizer. The textures and flavors of tender, flavorful chicken, crisp lettuce and the luxurious aroma of truffle oil pair perfectly with each other.
Situated within the Hookipa Terrace on Ala Moana Center’s top level, Jade Dynasty serves up an award-winning dining experience in an inviting atmosphere featuring dark wood accents and intricately crafted chandeliers within its 10,000-square-foot restaurant. Jade Dynasty Seafood Restaurant continues to add new dishes to coincide with the changing seasons, many of which are influenced by the cuisines of China and Hong Kong.
Jade Dynasty Seafood Restaurant is also known for its array of nearly 60 dim sum varieties served daily from 10:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. (last seating at 4:30 p.m.)
The family-friendly dining destination hosts upward of 300 people, and diners are welcome to celebrate birthdays, anniversaries and special events in the main dining room or in one of the seven private dining areas.
