Since opening in 2012 on the first floor of the Beretania Street Safeway parking lot, customers have lined up to taste Asian Mix’s convenient, high-quality cuisine. “Our dishes are restaurant quality, using the best available ingredients,” says owner and general manager Daniel Leung. “We offer generous portions at an affordable price, and all food is made to order.”
Most of Asian Mix’s Hong Kong-style, local-flavor-infused dishes sell out every day. In fact, the eatery begins cooking its takeout meals at 10:30 a.m. and allows customers to call in to reserve their orders.
“The items are made fresh daily, and we do not hold any item after 6 p.m.,” Leung adds.
