The restaurants at Ala Moana Center showcase many delectable dishes, but for those looking for authentic Chinese cuisine, Jade Dynasty Seafood Restaurant is their best bet. The eatery, which also has a dim sum menu, features dishes with unique twists and traditional foods crafted by chefs who trained in China.

Some of these entrees are Chilled Abalone with garlic cucumber ($7.50 each, minimum four pieces), Abalone Snow Buns ($7.50 for two pieces), Abalone Taro Puffs ($8.95 for two pieces), and Sauteed Live Lobster with ginger and green onion (market price).

The restaurant will also serve Peking Duck with buns ($31 for half serving; $58 for whole serving), which can serve up to 10 guests, and Braised Abalone and Black Mushrooms served over Bok Choy ($55, part of the Father’s Day menu).

For guests looking for refreshing treats, Jade Dynasty will soon expand its bar offerings to feature more cocktail and mocktail options.

Those looking to celebrate the upcoming Father’s Day holiday on June 16 can call to make a reservation.

The eatery features an 8,000-square-foot dining area, which is great for parties, and seven large rooms that can accommodate up to 300 guests. Karaoke, a 32-foot-wide stage, and audio and visual systems are also available at no additional charge.

Guests are also welcome to enjoy free parking at Hookipa Terrace on Ala Moana Center’s fourth floor, which is near the restaurant.
